SPECIAL TRAINING SESSION

Wednesday night saw our A Reserves girls enjoy a special training session with Chloe’s big little brother, Colby Sturgess, who currently plays at a national level with the Queensland Suns!

The girls had the opportunity to learn some new drills, challenge themselves with fresh ideas and gain valuable insight from someone playing the game at an elite level.

Just as importantly, it was a great chance to bond as a group and hear a different perspective on skills, structures and game plans.

A fresh set of eyes can make all the difference, and the girls thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

A huge thank you to Colby for taking the time to come to The Koo and share his knowledge with our players. We really appreciate your support and willingness to give back to country netball.
