We're looking for next year's budget editor...
For the 2011 football season, we need someone to prepare our budget for home games, it's only about eight times throughout the season, not a huge time commitment and it's also a pretty fun way to help out:
What's Involved?
Work from an existing Microsoft Publisher template - nothing to set up, just input information as it comes in...couldn't be easier.
What About Printing, Folding & Stapling?
Existing template is set with perfect printing margins and layout, just upload your file on Thursday nights for printing and the rest is taken care of and delivered to the club by someone else.
Who Can Do This Job?
Perfect for a high school student - perhaps the budget can be a portfolio project, marked by your teacher as part of your schoolwork.
A stay at home parent - budget preparation can be completed whenever it suits you and fits in beautifully with little kids' routines or other existing commitments.
Computer literate volunteers - our budget has been prepared by volunteers from the club for so many decades, maybe you'd like to help out in 2011 and have a bit of fun with the budget?
Whoever does the budget...it doesn't have to an artistic masterpiece, everything's set up for you to work with and change as you wish, there is no pressure for the budget to have a certain look, it's just a way of keeping everyone up to date with what's happening, let teams and spectators know who's playing, recognise our generous sponsors and raise a little money for the club from sales.
